We offer a 30-day return policy. If the FOLD & GO is not right for you, simply send it back to us. We will examine the overall condition of the returned wheelchair and refund you according to the amount of damage, dents, scratches, dings, or overall wear and tear done to the wheelchair while in your possession.
Shipping & Handling is NON-REFUNDABLE. When you purchased the chair IF you received FREE SHIPPING that cost will be deducted from your refund total. We will provide the return shipping label, that cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Your FOLD & GO Wheelchair MUST BE put back in its original packaging (our custom fitted LOGO cardboard shipping box, plus the 2-inches of thick white foam lining) when we shipped the chair to you after purchase. We will NOT accept any returns for wheelchairs not shipped back in the original packaging!
Your FOLD & GO Wheelchair must be returned (shipped) within 30 days from the date it was delivered. Once your RMA is received back to our warehouse, refunds may take 7-10 Days to fully process.

Any damages while in your possession will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise noted.

Any products received at our warehouse without prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval will not be accepted, and absolutely NO REFUND or CREDIT will be issued and this products WILL BE DISCARDED! We REFUSE any delivery that does not have a Prior Return Merchandise Authorization.
