We offer a 30-day return policy. If the FOLD & GO is not right for you, simply send it back to us. We will examine the overall condition of the returned wheelchair and refund you according to the amount of damage, dents, scratches, dings, or overall wear and tear done to the wheelchair while in your possession.

Shipping & Handling is NON-REFUNDABLE. When you purchased the chair IF you received FREE SHIPPING that cost will be deducted from your refund total. We will provide the return shipping label, that cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Your FOLD & GO Wheelchair MUST be put back in its original packaging (our custom fitted cardboard shipping box, with the 2-inches of thick foam lining) when we shipped the chair to you after purchase.

Your FOLD & GO Wheelchair must be returned (shipped) within 30 days from the date UPS delivered it.

Any damages while in your possession will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise noted.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged on ALL returns of the FOLD & GO Wheelchair

REPLACEMENT PARTS may NOT be returned

ACCESSORIES may NOT be returned

Any products received at our warehouse without prior RMA approval will not be accepted, and absolutely NO REFUND or CREDIT will be issued and WILL BE DISCARDED!

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR WHEELCHAIRS RETURNED WITH A BENT FRAME, OR ON FRAMES THAT HAVE BEEN ALTERED FROM OUR ORIGINAL DESIGN.

RETURN Merchandise Authorization

You must fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form below BEFORE we can process your refund. Your RMA form will be submitted to us electronically, once we receive the form we will email you a copy of your submitted RMA form. We will contact UPS to schedule the return shipping pickup date, and printed label for your wheelchair.
  • Your FOLD & GO Wheelchair must be returned (shipped) within 30 days from the date UPS delivered it to you.
  • Please provide the UPS tracking number for your order. We will VERIFY that your wheelchair was delivered fewer than 30 days ago. NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS.

We will match the current condition of the returned wheelchair with your answers on this form. We will deduct the below listed cost for any damage done to the following sections of the wheelchair.
