We offer a 30-day return policy. If the FOLD & GO is not right for you, simply send it back to us. We will examine the overall condition of the returned wheelchair and refund you according to the amount of damage, dents, scratches, dings, or overall wear and tear done to the wheelchair while in your possession.

Shipping & Handling is NON-REFUNDABLE. An Additional Return Merchandise Shipping Fee from the original delivery address back to our Warehouse is $100 & a Return Process Handling Fee of $100 (Total $200).

Your FOLD & GO Wheelchair MUST BE put back in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING (our FOLD & GO custom fitted LOGO cardboard shipping box, plus the 2-inches of thick white foam box lining) when we shipped the chair to you after purchase. We will NOT accept any returns for wheelchairs not shipped back in the original packaging!

Your FOLD & GO Wheelchair MUST BE returned (shipped) within 30 days from the date it was delivered. Once your RMA is received back to our warehouse, refunds may take 7-10 Days to fully process.

Your FOLD & GO Lift System MUST BE returned (shipped) within 30 days from the date it was delivered. Once your RMA is received back to our warehouse, refunds may take 7-10 Days to fully process. We will NOT accept any returns for Lifts not shipped back in the original packaging!

Any damages while in your possession will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise noted.

A 10% Restocking Fee will be charged on ALL returns of the FOLD & GO Wheelchair

Any products received at our warehouse WITHOUT prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval, will be charged a PENALTY of $500 in ADDITION to the 10% Restocking fee, Return Merchandise Shipping & Handling Fee of $200, Affirm Financing fees of $180 (if applicable), plus any additional damages to the order as itemized on the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

Any orders that have shipped and the receiver/customer REFUSES DELIVERY of that order, will be charged a PENALTY of $100 in ADDITION to the 10% Restocking fee, Return Merchandise Shipping & Handling Fee of $200, any Return to Sender charges, Affirm Financing fees of $180 (if applicable), plus any additional damages to the order as itemized on the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR WHEELCHAIRS RETURNED WITH A BENT FRAME, OR ON FRAMES THAT HAVE BEEN ALTERED FROM OUR ORIGINAL PATENTED DESIGN.

RETURN Merchandise Authorization

You must fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form below BEFORE we can process your refund. Your RMA form will be submitted to us electronically, once we receive the form we will email you a copy of your submitted RMA form. We will contact UPS to schedule the return shipping pickup date, and printed label for your wheelchair.

We will match the current condition of the returned wheelchair with your answers on this form. We will deduct the below listed cost for any damage done to the following sections of the wheelchair.

            • If your wheelchair or lift system smells like smoke we will deduct an additional $200 from your refund total.

            • We will send the UPS Driver to original shipped to address to pick up your wheelchair. The UPS Driver will bring the return shipping label with them. Your wheelchair MUST be placed back in its original packaging to match the return shipping label package dimensions. UPS picks up Monday-Friday, and needs advance 24-hour notice.
