For those of us that use a wheelchair on a daily basis, we know that not all bathrooms are created equal. Sometimes the hardest part of the bathroom visit is just opening the door to get into the bathroom.
- Use any part of your body to open doors.
- Drive backwards into the stall whenever possible.
- Park the chair next to the toilet, so you can transfer if needed.
